Tending and Transforming Grief

This 2 hour workshop offers a gentle, supportive space to be present with your grief - just as it is.

Rather than sharing stories, we turn inward - gently exploring how grief lives within the body through guided meditation, breath, and soft somatic movement, creating space to listen deeply and allow what is present to unfold naturally. There is nothing to perform and nothing to fix. This is a space to feel, release and be held - both within yourself and a supportive community. The experience includes time for personal reflection through writing and will close with a deeply restorative medition in hammocks offering a sense of being held and supported. We will gently return with refreshments and optional kite flying as a simple, spacious gesture of integration and connection.
