About the event
Angela is a Musician, Sound Therapist, Yoga Instructor, Reiki Teacher and Artist who weaves these diciplines into deeply immersive, heart-led experiences. Her sessions are open to all - whether you are are seeking relaxtion, stress relief, restoration, playfulness, or simply the quiet joy of being present in your body, surrounded by nature and a supportive community.
As a professional musican, Angela has a deep understanding of vibration and resonance helping your mind and body harmonize naturally. No previous drumming experience is necessary, Drums will be provided.
What to bring: comfortable clothing, yoga mat. Refreshments will be provided.
