About the event
Angela is a Musician, Sound Therapist, Yoga Instructor, Reiki Teacher and Artist who weaves these diciplines into deeply immersive, heart-led experiences. Her sessions are open to all - whether you are seeking relaxtion, stress relief, restoration, playfulness, or simply the quiet joy of being present in your body, surrounded by nature within a supportive community.
As a professional musican, Angela has a deep understanding of vibration and resonance helping your mind and body harmonize naturally. No previous drumming experience is necessary, Drums will be provided or bring your own.
Wear comfortable clothing and please bring your yoga mat. Refreshments will be provided.
