Somatic Dance Flow

A welcoming space for all bodies - no experience needed. This guided dance and movement class invites you to reconnect with your body and explore your own inner rhythm. Through somatic practices (somatic means relating to the body, especially as distinct from the mind) breathwork and guided intuitive movement, you will be supported in softening, releasing tension, and opening into authentic expression - where movement itself becomes a pathway for healing.

Michele is an experienced somatic coach and dance movement artist, educator, and facilitator with over 35 years of professional practice. Trained in ballet, contemporary and creative dance at institutions including the National Ballet School and American Ballet Theatre, she has also worked professionally as a dancer and choreographer, bringing a depth of artistic expression and embodied knowledge to her work.
