About the event
Enjoy a green morning with Sam and Paul - owners of Saeda Natural Wellness Clinic in Fergus. Sam is a Naturopathic Doctor (ND) and her husband Paul is the guardian of the Apothecary at Saeda. Together, they will be offering a hands-on, enriching experience where you will leave with your own container of planted herbs, a deeper understanding of the plant's medicinal properties and practical knowledge on how to use these herbs to treat common health aliments. You will also take home a curated selection of herbs to elevate your culinary creations.
